Built in aluminum at Alia Yachts’ Antalya facility, Ximena is a full-custom project developed for a Miami-based owner, with exterior design by Omega Architects, naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, and interiors by Yodezeen.
Loft-Style Living Centred on Texture and Light
The newly released interior images reveal a refined, highly detailed design by Yodezeen, the Kyiv-born, Miami-based studio behind the residential-style spaces of the yacht for sale.
The design uses a neutral palette, soft curves, dark timber, pale stone, smoked glass, brass detailing, natural leather, and gloss lacquer to create a warm but controlled atmosphere.
This project was about creating a very liveable, open environment... the owners wanted something modern, but not cold, a space with warmth, texture and personality. The combination of soft curves, natural materials and refined detailing allowed us to achieve that balance. Alia’s ability to execute complex details in-house made a real difference in bringing the concept to life.”
- Artur Sharf, co-founder of Yodezeen
The main saloon is centered around curved furnishings, textured surfaces, and a sculptural ceiling feature in wavy glass. Sliding glass doors on both sides of the saloon help draw air and light through the yacht, while also creating a direct link between the interior and exterior decks.
Pale ivory onyx appears in key details, including the bar and dining area, while the formal dining space is anchored by a substantial marble table and darker seating. The result is contemporary without feeling stark, with materials and detailing used to give the motor yacht for sale a more personal character.
A Five-Stateroom Layout
With a gross tonnage of 380GT, Ximena accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins. The owner’s suite is positioned forward on the main deck and spans more than 50 square meters, with generous glazing, clean sightlines, his-and-hers bathrooms, a shared shower, and a near full-beam dressing area.
Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck, including two VIP cabins aft and two additional cabins forward. The guest spaces follow the same design language, with subtle changes in stone, texture, and detailing to give each cabin its own identity.
Crew accommodation is arranged for eight, with operational areas also including a side-loading tender garage and gym.
Open Deck Areas Shaped for Day-to-Night Use
Ximena’s exterior layout places strong emphasis on open-air living. The sundeck spans more than 50 square meters and includes shaded seating beneath a black hardtop, open sunpads around the Jacuzzi, a bar, and a large pop-up screen. Twin pilot seats also give guests a direct view forward when the yacht is under way.
The foredeck lounge provides a more private social space, with low tables, geometric seating, and sunpads. Aft, the main deck includes both covered and open areas, with lighting, audio, and a drop-down cinema screen intended to support day-to-night use.
At water level, the beach club adds direct access to the sea through a wide teak platform and central hydraulic platform, while the gym behind the glass transom gives the area a more active, wellness-focused role.
Speed, Efficiency, and a Shallow-Draft Advantage
Ximena has been designed with a clear emphasis on performance, outdoor living, and access to shallow cruising grounds. Her sharp arrowhead profile, pelican’s bill bow, dark glazing bands, and low silhouette give the yacht a fast, assertive character, while her 2.1m draft makes her well suited to regions such as the Bahamas, Florida, and the wider Caribbean.
Naval architecture comes from Van Oossanen, whose Fast Displacement Hull Form gives Ximena her balance of speed and efficiency. Powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, she reaches a top speed of 22.6 knots, with a 20-knot fast cruise and a reported range of 3,200 nautical miles at 12 knots. At 365GT, with an 8.4m beam, Ximena also carries substantial interior volume for a raised pilothouse yacht of this length.
Ximena is listed for sale on YachtBuyer and is currently asking €24,900,000.
A Strong Order Book and Growing Build Program
Ximena’s reveal comes during a busy period for Alia Yachts, with YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the world's largest yacht database, currently showing six yachts either in build or on order at the Antalya shipyard. Recent activity includes the launch of the 60m full-custom Serenity II, a Vripack-designed project scheduled for delivery in summer 2026, and the 50m Atlantide, a high-strength aluminum and carbon superyacht launched ahead of her early 2026 delivery.
The largest project in the yard’s pipeline is the 65m Alia 65M superyacht, due for delivery in 2028. Set to become the builder’s flagship, the 1,432GT yacht features exterior and interior design by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. Her layout has been shaped around a large-volume brief, with a convertible aft pool deck, dual Jacuzzi areas, and a forward owner’s suite with full-height glass and a private lounge.
