Delivered in 2012, Only Now is an award winning 34.6m expedition yacht built by Tansu. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Tansu, while Diana Yacht Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement wood hull and superstructure she features a 7.5m beam and a 1.7m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 198 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2011. She was delivered to her owners in July 2012.
Exterior Design
Only Now presents a distinctive exterior characterized by military-esque style lines that provide a commanding presence on the water. At 198 gross tonnes and measuring 34.6 meters (113 feet and 5 inches) in length, with a beam of 7.5 meters, this yacht combines size with agility.
The yacht's hull and superstructure are constructed from wood using Tansu Yachts' unique cold-molded construction method, which employs a composite of epoxy and fiberglass. This technique enhances the yacht's strength and rigidity, making it durable and resistant to damage. Additionally, the method provides rock resistance by creating a watertight barrier, thereby increasing the vessel's longevity.
The exterior layout is designed with functionality and guest comfort in mind. The spacious swim platform features a hi-lo mechanism, offering easy access to the water for swimming and diving activities. The aft deck area is equipped with ample seating, a sofa, a table, and areas for sunbathing. An overhang from the sun deck provides shaded regions for those looking to avoid direct sunlight.
Moving forward, the yacht boasts wide side decks and high bulwarks, enhancing safety, especially for families with young children. The foredeck includes a canopy for optional shaded areas and offers a serene spot for relaxation, perfect for enjoying sundowners with music from the yacht’s high-end audio system.
The upper deck features a large sun deck, which stretches almost the entire length of the yacht. This area is ideal for hosting gatherings, with its backlit Onyx bar, advanced sound system, karaoke setup, and three captain's sports fishing chairs. It also includes a rotating oversized waterproof cinema TV for outdoor movie nights.
Interior Design
The saloon is a large, open space designed for relaxation. The area benefits from expansive windows that provide panoramic views, effectively bringing the outside in. The natural light enhances the warm tones of the oak flooring and high-gloss finishes. This space is suited for unwinding after a day of activities, with comfortable seating arrangements and a layout that encourages social interaction.
The helm station is designed with practicality and visibility in mind. Large, upright windows ensure clear sightlines, reducing glare and providing an unobstructed view for navigation. The helm is equipped with state-of-the-art navigation and control systems, including dual VHF radios, multiple radar screens, and Caterpillar engine controls. A rear area serves as the ship’s office, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently.
The galley is equipped with modern appliances and ample storage, ensuring that meal preparation and service run smoothly. Although specific details about the galley were not available at the time of filming, it is designed to cater to the needs of both the crew and the guests effectively.
Accommodation
Motor Yacht Only Now is designed to host up to eight guests across four well-appointed cabins. The full-beam master cabin is located towards the stern of the yacht. This cabin provides a large bed, seating area, and ample storage space, including a large walk-in wardrobe. The master cabin also features a dedicated office area, equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, making it suitable for guests who need to catch up on work during their stay. The ensuite bathroom is expansive, featuring a his-and-hers arrangement with two sinks, a rain shower, and additional storage facilities.
The VIP cabin is also a full-beam cabin, offering plenty of headroom and a spacious, airy feel. It includes a large bed, multiple storage options, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom is similarly well-appointed, featuring a large shower with both a detachable hand shower and a rain shower.
There are two twin cabins available on the yacht, located on the starboard and port sides. Each cabin includes two single berths, ample storage, and individual climate controls. The ensuite bathrooms in the twin cabins are consistent in quality with the rest of the yacht, featuring spacious showers and plenty of space for toiletries.
She is also capable of carrying up to six crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Only Now sports twin CAT C32 engines. Each engine generates 1700 hp at 2300 rpm, empowering the yacht to attain a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 21 knots. This speed allows guests to efficiently transit between destinations, optimizing their time on board.
The CAT C32 engines are renowned for their high horsepower ratings, capable of delivering up to 2400 hp in specific configurations. These engines are designed for reliable operation in demanding marine environments, featuring robust components and Caterpillar's advanced Acer technology. They comply with stringent emission standards, including IMO Tier 2, EU Stage 3a, and EPA Tier 3, highlighting Caterpillar's commitment to eco-friendly solutions without sacrificing performance.
Only Now features two 40kW generators, ensuring a steady power supply for all onboard systems and amenities. Fuel consumption ranges between 200 and 380 liters per hour, balancing efficiency with the yacht's performance capabilities.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Only Now also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
