Renewal 3 is a 33m motor yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Custom Line in 2022. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Zuccon, while her interiors are the work of Sarah Lee Design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.52m beam and a 2.18m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 240 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the twenty-first yacht built on the Navetta 33 design. Launched in April 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2022.

Exterior Design

Renewal 3 reflects a contemporary and functional approach. Built in 2022, the yacht incorporates the latest technology, including advanced navigation equipment, soundproofing, electric blinds, and drop-down TVs. The hydraulic garages efficiently conceal the tenders, maintaining a clean and uncluttered look.

The deck areas provide substantial space for various activities. The sundeck is particularly spacious and features a forward sunbathing area that doubles as a seating area. It includes a hidden jacuzzi, a wet bar with a discreet sink, a barbecue, a fridge for drinks, and an ice maker. Additionally, there are sunbeds with adjustable backs and a seating area aft, along with a small gym area.

The bridge deck serves as a central gathering space for guests, featuring ample seating, a dining table with full shade, and evening lighting. A bar area facilitates seamless interaction between interior and exterior spaces. The design incorporates elements such as handrails, discreet deck lighting, and overhead lighting, enhancing the yacht's ambiance in the evenings.

The foredeck offers a seating area and sunbathing space, with a hydraulic garage beneath for storing the tender. The aft deck is another expansive area with plenty of seating and a connection to the bridge deck aft and the beach club. This area is designed for easy access to water activities and arrival by tender, with additional storage for large jet skis in the garage.

Interior Design

Renewal 3 features high-end materials such as light-colored woods, which bring a bright and airy feel to the space. Contrasting woods and panels add depth and visual interest. The design includes clear ceilings with mirrors that enhance the sense of space and light.

The galley is equipped with double sinks, a large cooking hob, a Meile oven, and a Meile professional dishwasher. This setup ensures efficient meal preparation for both crew and guests. The pantry area adjacent to the galley provides additional storage and service capabilities.

In the helm area, the captain's operational needs are met with a helm seat, engine controls, autopilot, and two radar monitors. The area also includes two separate plotters and multiple radios, ensuring reliable navigation and communication.

The main saloon is designed to be open and free-flowing, promoting a seamless transition from exterior to interior. It features contemporary furniture and splashy artwork, creating a lively atmosphere. A side sliding window allows for natural airflow, reducing the need for air conditioning. Additionally, a hydraulic balcony extends from the main saloon, offering an outdoor space for relaxation.

Accommodation

Renewal 3 offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests. The yacht features five well-appointed cabins, ensuring a luxurious stay for all on board.

The master cabin is located on the main deck and spans the full beam of the yacht, allowing ample light to flow through. The suite is highlighted by its spaciousness and open design. It includes a large closet, and the en-suite bathroom is divided into his and hers sections, connected by a generously sized shower accessible from both sides.

Below deck, the yacht houses four guest cabins. This includes three double cabins, each equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe with a safe, a writing desk that can double as a makeup table, and large portholes that allow for plenty of natural light. Additionally, there is one twin cabin featuring two single beds and a Pullman bed, making it an ideal choice for children or additional guests. Each cabin is designed to be equally comfortable, ensuring no guest has a preferred cabin.

The crew quarters are designed to accommodate six crew members, ensuring efficient and professional service. The crew area includes two twin cabins and a single cabin for the engineer, all en suite. The crew also has a dedicated mess area for dining and relaxation, ensuring they are well-rested and ready to serve.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,622hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Renewal 3 is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 20,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
