Organizers have announced that, following consultation with clients and stakeholders, the Dubai International Boat Show has been cancelled.
Due to take place from 9 March to 13 March, the evolving regulations and logistics on the movement of yachts internationally have been cited as the reason behind the decision. The 2022 edition of the show will take place from 8 March to 12 March 2022 at Dubai Harbour.
The show had been set to move to the brand new Dubai Harbour for 2021 with a jaw-dropping collection of yachts, worth in excess of $700million, set to be on show.
This follows the 2020 edition of the show being postponed from its traditional March date to November 2020, before being canceled completely.
The show has gained a reputation for showcasing the world’s leading superyachts and much more. The five-day event also features some of the latest supercars on the market, as well as live music and boutique shopping opportunities in the retail village.
Whilst the show may have been canceled if you are considering buying a yacht you can still do your research by comparing the market and viewing all new and used yachts for sale.
