The salon's panoramic size may surprise you. With a wide, 22-foot beam, the 88 presents interiors that rival much larger yachts. But it's not just about the space. The 88's salon is one of the yacht's true gems, with lustrous, exotic Sapele and burl wood giving it warmth and richness. African Sapele's rare, interlocking grain places it among Europe's most desired woods. Ocean Alexander's master craftsmen have made the most of Sapele's noble qualities by outfitting the salon with some of the finest cabinetry available in the world. Even the windows are graced with custom mullions.

In surprising ways, the 88's staterooms give compelling proof of our three decades of obsession with yacht-building excellence. There is no part of your yacht as personal to you and your guests as the cabins you retire to each night. Quiet, smooth performance is paramount. Ocean Alexander commissioned an independent, international maritime research firm to test a fully loaded 88 for sound and vibration. The results were even more impressive than we'd hoped to see, easily and significantly surpassing ISO industry standards. Ocean Alexander's Quash™ and lead foam sound and vibration insulation reigns throughout the boat, but you may appreciate it most in the serenity of our restful lower cabins.

The 88's sky lounge is the center of command, with the capacity for an imposing array of instrumentation as well as comfortable entertaining space. Black leather Stidd® electric helm seats set an authoritative tone at the massive bridge. Your guests will enjoy the comfortable settee and table, the wet bar and refrigerator, and the convenience of a day head nearby.

Because you undoubtedly have your own flair for entertaining, we make sure the essential ingredients are already waiting for you. We've specified a 42-inch flat-screen TV paired with a professional sound package and media rack.

Between the galley and the 88's exquisite salon is a full dining room for sophisticated entertaining. Lined with exotic-wood cabinetry, panoramic windows and glimmering mirrors, the dining room is stunning.

Three more guest staterooms grace the 88, each with its own head, flat-screen television, sound system, queen-sized berths, custom cabinetry and cedar-lined hanging lockers. Guest heads are fitted with superior-quality Keuco™ fixtures and Grohe® faucets.
