The Azimut 66 is one of the finest examples of Azimut’s shark-like designs and a great 20m flybridge cruising yacht for sale today.
The 66 follows a similar design and layout to its smaller sister, the 60, but its extra length creates the room for a fourth cabin, a simple bunked affair, on top of three ensuite cabins. The Owner’s stateroom feels superior, with its near full-beam ensuite and dressing area, as does the flybridge. The extra hull length will also be felt at sea, smoothing out the ride. Twin 1136hp Caterpillar engines pushing the 66 to around 32knots.
Nearly 3m (11ft) longer than the 60, the extra LOA allows the Azimut to stretch out visually on the outside and deliver an extra cabin inside, plus a great twin crew cabin in the stern that could feasibly make this a five-cabin yacht. Another beneficiary of the extra length is the flybridge that stretches out luxuriously. With a notably larger salon, the 66 feels a significant step up in class.

Market Price Insight
YachtBuyer’s Market Watch reports that there are currently 9 Azimut 66 yachts listed for sale globally, with prices spanning a wide range due to generational differences and features. First generation models (Mk1, 2016 - 2020) are the most affordable, priced between €1.3 million and €2.3 million, with an average asking price of €1.8 million. In contrast, the newest second generation models (Mk2, 2020 - 2022) are listed between €1.9 million and €1.9 million, reflecting their advanced technology, more modern design, and newer construction. The arrival of the second generation model has influenced the pricing of first generation yachts, as their updated styling, features and cutting-edge appeal shift buyer preferences, resulting in more competitive pricing for older models. On average, the second generation models remain on the market for the shortest duration—around 140 days—unsurprising due to their more modern features and updated styling, and on average, they end up 5.76% lower than their initial asking price.
