Design & Construction

Construction started in late 2019. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in January 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2024.

Exterior Design

The yacht Asia features a raked bow leading to a rounded edge as it meets the functional foredeck space, where recessed anchoring hardware ensures a clean, sleek side profile. Aft of this area, guests can relax in a space featuring curved seating and a jacuzzi area.

The white hull is accented with a smart black bootstripe defining the water's edge, while large portholes aft flood the interior cabins with natural light. A prominent strake runs from the stern to just forward of amidships. An interesting grill feature on the main deck level provides a focal point for the nameplate at amidships, and again, on the shell doors positioned further forward. The yacht features wide gangways on both the main and owner's decks, enhancing the flow and visual appeal.

The design incorporates a recessed beach club with hatches on three sides - port, starboard, and aft - allowing plenty of natural light and breeze when the yacht is anchored. The space is adaptable, serving as a wellness area during the day and transforming into a social venue at night.

The bridge deck provides additional social space aft, featuring an al fresco lounge that is separated from the gym by glass sliding doors. The sun deck, the topmost area, offers extensive open space, complete with a grill station, wet bar, and a forward glass-walled Jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads and a swim-up bar. Retractable biminis provide needed shade throughout the sun deck.

Asia has with six ensuite staterooms, a beach club, panoramic gym, and luxe wellness amenities for 12 guests.

Interior Design

Asia's interior design features a vibrant blend of striking pinks, majestic emeralds, soft turquoise, and warm oranges, creating a captivating visual symphony. Her detailing includes subtle embossed gold leaf and intricate marble inlays, with grand cascading glass chandeliers. All light fixtures onboard are concealed and integrated throughout.

Her interior spaces were strategically orchestrated around the central staircase, facilitating a transition between each level. The design boasts a logical layout, with wide passageways prioritizing the comfort and convenience for everyone onboard. Large glass windows across her superstructure illuminate her interior with natural light.

The main deck saloon has an understated elegance, featuring neutral soft furnishings, deep Ziricote veneers, and vibrant pops of color from intricate glass wall hangings and custom fabrics. A bar, C-shaped sofa, and dining table for up to 12 guests complete the space.

The bridge deck includes an outdoor social space with elliptical settees and a gym fitted with TechnoGym equipment, including machines and free weights. Glass sliding doors separate the gym from the al fresco lounge.

Accommodation

The yacht Asia can accommodate up to 12 guests in six ensuite staterooms, including four doubles on the lower deck, directly connected to the beach club, and two spacious owner’s suites: one on the main deck and another on the owner’s deck. There is an extra stateroom for staff located on the main deck.

The owner's suite on the main deck offers ample space, featuring a private lounge area and an ensuite with a walkaround layout, a luxurious rainfall shower, and a bathtub. With light woods, subtle gold accents, textured carpets, and marble finishes, the suite bears a sense of lightness and elegance.

The owner’s deck of Asia includes a personal sky lounge, complete with twin ensuites, an office, and private decks both forward and aft. The stateroom is positioned forward, offering a king-size bed and panoramic views. Direct access from the suite to the foredeck allows for easy enjoyment of amenities such as a jacuzzi and a casual dining and lounge area.

The VIP suite, located forward on the main deck, includes a bedroom, a private saloon, and an exquisitely finished ensuite featuring a rainfall shower and a bathtub. The suite's size and finish are comparable to that of the owner's apartment, offering a refined living experience.

Crew accommodation is also well-considered on Asia, with the lower deck providing eight cabins and a mess area for the 18 crew members. This area ensures the crew can perform their duties efficiently while also having space to relax during their downtime. A dedicated staircase allows crew members to move seamlessly throughout the yacht, separate from guest areas.
