Delivered in 2011, Domus is a 26.5m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Filippetti Yacht. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Filippetti Yacht, while Green & Mingarelli Design is responsible for her interior design.

Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 180 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Domus offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18) 873hp engines, motor yacht Domus is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 20,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
