Delivered in 2024, Extra Time is a 44.27m motor yacht built by Conrad Shipyard. She features exterior design by Reymond Langton Design and interior styling by M2 Atelier.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.9m beam and a 2.45m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 497 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the second yacht built on the C144s design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in April 2024.

Exterior Design

The profile of Extra Time features dynamic lines and a striking black-and-white contrast, creating a visually impactful silhouette. The near-vertical bow, a key design element of the Conrad Yachts series, gives Extra Time a distinctive look and enhances its seakeeping capabilities. This design provides ample volume for crew accommodations and adds to the yacht's robust appearance.

Large windows enhance Extra Time's visual appeal and serve as a key design feature. The combination of the color scheme, window shapes, and sculpted lines results in a stylish and functional exterior. The yacht's lowered bulwarks next to the salons enhance the views and strengthen the connection to the sea. The superstructure's 'rolling wave' forms contribute to its elegant and contemporary look.

Extra Time's sundeck stretches nearly 25 meters, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. It includes a recessed pool with panoramic views, a large bar, and a retractable outdoor cinema screen. The use of recycled glass micromosaic in the pool area highlights the yacht's thoughtful design. 

A substantial tender garage provides ample storage for auxiliary vessels and water sports equipment. The beach club aft offers a convenient and comfortable space for relaxation and water access. 

Interior Design

The interior design of Extra Time, executed by M2 Atelier, maintains a clean and minimal aesthetic. The main saloon is a notable space, featuring contemporary design elements such as a King Kong sculpture that adds a modern touch. The design is consistent with that of Ace, the first hull, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. Soft grey and neutral tones dominate the palette, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout the vessel.

Accommodation

Extra Time offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in a well-thought-out five-cabin configuration. The main deck features an owner's suite that is accessible via a study-cum-lounge area, which includes an electric piano for added convenience and relaxation. 

In addition to the owner's suite, there are four other staterooms designed to accommodate guests. These staterooms maintain the yacht's clean, minimalistic style, characterized by soft grey and neutral tones, ensuring a serene atmosphere for guests.

The crew quarters are designed to house up to nine crew members, ensuring that service on board is efficient and unobtrusive, allowing guests to enjoy their time on the yacht without interruption.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18) 6-cylinder 680hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Extra Time is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 51,300 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,100 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

In addition, a beach club allows for easy access to the water and allows those on board to easily unwind. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht and an inviting spread of sunpads.
