Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.25m beam and a 1.8m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 155 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixth yacht built on the CCN 102 FlyingSport design. Launched in June 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2018.
Exterior Design
Francesca features a chrome and gold exterior that stands out in any harbor. Her exterior living areas are painted in a similar shade of beige, creating a cohesive look. The yacht's deck spaces are designed for relaxation and socializing. Guests can enjoy sunbathing on the sun pads or have meals outdoors, either in the sun or in shaded areas.
The aft deck includes a sofa and a raised dining table, providing an outdoor dining area. The foredeck is equipped with a large sunpad and a semicircular sofa for lounging. The flybridge is another dining area with a large outdoor table, removable awning for shade, an ice maker, barbecue, and a custom-made fridge, making it suitable for entertaining.
Interior Design
The interior design of Francesca features a contemporary and airy aesthetic, crafted by renowned designer Tommaso Spadolini. The design primarily uses whites, light woods, and pale blue tones to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Expansive windows and a skylight enhance the natural lighting throughout.
The main deck includes an open country-style kitchen. This galley is fitted with white subway tiles and features an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates with the main salon and dining area. This configuration promotes a sense of spaciousness and ease of movement.
The main salon offers an open-plan design, incorporating large windows and a skylight to provide a well-lit environment. An electric liquid-crystal film can shade the skylight when required, offering flexibility in lighting control. The decor utilizes light woods and pale blue tones to complement the bright atmosphere.
Materials used throughout the interior are chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal. Marble and leather accents are present in various areas, adding a touch of sophistication without overwhelming the overall design. The combination of these materials with the yacht's color palette ensures a cohesive and functional interior.
Accommodation
Francesca offers accommodations for up to nine guests in four staterooms, located on the lower deck. The owner's suite is a full-beam stateroom situated aft, featuring an ensuite bathroom, a vanity, and ample storage space. The suite is adorned with marble and leather accents, enhancing its sophisticated design.
In addition to the owner's suite, there are three guest staterooms. These include a VIP cabin, two double staterooms, and one twin stateroom equipped with a Pullman berth. This configuration ensures that all guests have comfortable and private sleeping quarters.
For the yacht's crew, Francesca provides accommodations for up to three members in three separate cabins, allowing for professional and efficient service throughout the voyage.
