Gitana is a 113'1" motor yacht for sale delivered by American shipyard Burger Boat in 2003. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Burger Boat's in-house design team.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 26' beam and a 6'6" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 271 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
The yacht Gitana has a full-displacement hull for stability and a smooth ride, even in challenging conditions. The vessel features a tri-deck layout, integrating both utility and leisure spaces effectively.
The aft deck is designed for social gatherings, with a built-in dining table and seating, as well as a wet bar with fixed stools. It is a practical area for entertaining guests. Two exit doors to the transom provide additional convenience and safety.
On the foredeck, dual settees offer a space for open-air relaxation. The sky deck includes a sun deck with wrap-around seating and an aft-mounted hot tub that also serves as a storage compartment during the off-season.
The vessel's exterior is finished in a traditional Flag Blue hull with an Insignia White superstructure, giving it a classic appearance suitable for various cruising environments.
Interior Design
The interior design of Gitana features a classic, yet contemporary look with a design palette that revolves around natural elements like sand, sea, and sky. This theme is expressed through the use of various fabrics, stones, and woods, lending the interior a cohesive and understated feel.
The galley is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including three dishwashers and an espresso maker. The countertops feature Esmeralda marble, while the flooring is crafted from rare red twig marble. The layout ensures ease of movement and accessibility, making it suitable for both cooking and cleaning tasks.
In the helm area, the instrument panel is crafted from burl wood and is centrally faceted, allowing comprehensive helm monitoring. The helm features reclining captain's chairs, and a backup compass complements the digital display systems. The elevated settee behind the helm provides seating for additional crew or guests.
The main saloon, illuminated by natural light from large picture windows, includes a dining area with a table that extends to seat ten and is surrounded by leather chairs. The retractable plasma-screen television offers entertainment options, while the L-shaped sofa and loose chairs provide flexible seating arrangements. Stone flooring near the aft deck doors anticipates high traffic and wear.
The sky lounge features a fiber-optic, night-sky ceiling and a vintage globe finial, adding aesthetic interest to the practical design.
Accommodation
The luxury yacht Gitana offers refined accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. Gitana features a full-width master suite located on the main deck. This spacious suite benefits from a king-size berth, ample storage, and an natural light from large windows. The suite includes separate his-and-hers bathrooms adorned with fine stonework.
In addition to the master suite, Gitana accommodates guests with four additional staterooms situated below deck. These include two queen cabins and two twin berths, each furnished with individual interpretations of a 'sand, sea, and sky' theme. Every stateroom offers a private ensuite bathroom finished with high-quality stonework, providing a clean and serene environment.
The yacht is also equipped with well-planned crew accommodations. The crew quarters include ensuite facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for the crew of up to six members. Additionally, the captain's cabin features a skylight and efficient storage solutions. An engineer's cabin is conveniently positioned adjacent to the engine room, for easy access and supervision.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3406E) 800hp engines, motor yacht Gitana is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 8,400 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,920 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads.
