Exterior Design

First launched in 1985, Inevitable has been the subject of careful updates throughout its service, culminating in a comprehensive refit in 2022. Inevitable has been extended in the aft cockpit by five feet in 1999 to enhance its functionality for activities such as fishing or leisure by the water.

The paintwork, from top to bottom, has been refreshed, giving the vessel a pristine appearance. The teak on deck is a new addition from the recent refit, offering durability and a classic nautical feel underfoot. The yacht's plumbing systems have been updated, alongside the cranes and passerelle, ensuring operational efficiency for boarding and tender handling.

Electronics onboard have been upgraded to contemporary standards, contributing to a safer and more enjoyable navigation experience. The installation of new zero-speed stabilizers serves to minimize motion at anchor, enhancing comfort for guests. The air conditioning system has also been replaced, ensuring that the interior environments remain cool and pleasant, regardless of the external climate.

Inevitable's deck layout is both spacious and functional, with ample room for al fresco dining and relaxation. The swim platform at the stern provides easy access to the water, while the cockpit area invites social gatherings and marine enjoyment. The yacht's superstructure, with its enclosed spaces and navigation bridge, speaks to the vessel's capability for extended voyages.

Inevitable embodies the blend of classical styling and modern enhancements that are characteristic of a well-maintained and thoughtfully updated luxury yacht.

Interior Design

Classic in approach, the yacht's interior spaces are defined by the extensive use of rich woodwork, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The use of high-quality furniture and fittings ensures both comfort and durability, essential for a vessel designed for extended voyages. Polished wood panelling and cabinetry are complemented by durable fabrics and leathers, selected not only for their aesthetic appeal but also for their ability to withstand the rigors of maritime life. The flooring throughout the yacht combines practicality with style, featuring new teak and hard-wearing carpeting in areas of high foot traffic.

The main salon's design is a focal point for social gathering, boasting a combination of comfort and practicality. The salon features a TV and bookcases, with natural light streaming through generous windows. Furniture placement encourages conversation and relaxation, while providing ample space for movement.

Inevitable's dining area adheres to the traditional separation of spaces, distinguished from the salon yet within easy reach. The formal dining space is equipped with a robust table and seating for guests, flanked by oil paintings and enhanced by detailed ceiling work, contributing to the overall dining experience.

The helm or pilot house of Inevitable is designed for functionality, with updated electronics and navigational instruments ensuring safe passage. The helm station is complete with a traditional steering wheel and comfortable seating for the captain and guests. The design prioritizes clear lines of sight and accessibility to controls, vital for effective yacht operation.

The galley of Inevitable is equipped with modern appliances, including double ovens and a large refrigerator. With updated Wolf appliances, the galley is designed to facilitate the preparation of meals with efficiency and ease. The proximity of the galley to the dining area allows for smooth service during meal times, while ample storage and preparation surfaces make it a practical space for the culinary team.

Accommodation

Inevitable provides well-appointed living quarters for up to eight guests, distributed across three staterooms. The layout includes an expansive owner's suite and two twin cabins, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy.

The owner's suite, a full-beam stateroom, is a prominent feature of Inevitable's accommodation offerings. It includes a sizeable en-suite bathroom, ample storage with multiple walk-in closets, and a seating area, creating a private retreat for the yacht's owner. The suite is also equipped with entertainment options and finely crafted furnishings that enhance the onboard living experience.

Adjacent to the owner's suite are the twin guest cabins, each furnished with two single beds and a Pullman berth, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. These cabins are also accompanied by en-suite facilities, providing guests with convenience and a sense of personal space. Cedar-lined closets and additional storage under the beds are thoughtful touches that cater to the needs of those on board.

Inevitable ensures a high level of service and seamless operations with accommodations for a crew of up to six members. The crew quarters are designed with functionality in mind, featuring a dedicated mess area, refrigeration, and comfortable cabins, including a separate captain's cabin. This ensures that the crew can maintain the yacht to the highest standards while also enjoying their own space.

Performance & Capabilities

Inevitable is equipped with twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines, each producing 1,600 horsepower. This setup enables Inevitable to achieve a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. At a cruising speed of 14 knots, the yacht boasts an impressive range of approximately 2,500 nautical miles, thanks to its substantial fuel capacity of 34,069 liters. Dropping the speed to single digits further extends the yacht's range, showcasing her capability for transatlantic voyages.

Inevitable's commitment to performance is complemented by her stability systems. The installation of new zero-speed stabilizers enhances onboard comfort, particularly in rough waters, by reducing roll motion at anchor or while underway. These stabilizers ensure that guests can enjoy their time aboard with minimal disruption from sea conditions.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
