Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.2m beam and a 2.8m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 706 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2011. Launched in May 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2018.

Exterior Design

O'Mathilde presents a sleek and dynamic appearance with a white hull and superstructure. Its raked bow leads to a functional foredeck space, complete with tender storage and a crane for convenient launching and recovery. Forward-facing guest space, situated under the overhang of the upper deck, is accessible via a central stairway over the coaming. Walkways flank either side of the bridge. A retractable light mast remains concealed when not in use.

The side profile boasts ample glazing with portholes, illuminating the lower deck. A waterline strake extends to just aft of amidships, accompanied by a bold black bootstrap. Openings in the gunwales on the main deck aft create visual interest against the white hull, positioned just above a short strake broken at amidships by a side boarding gate. Side balconies at the bridge section enhance visibility during yacht maneuvers.

The curvature of the side profile, designed to accommodate the main deck walkway, is mirrored above with large glazing featuring sharp vertical rectangles. These windows not only allow natural light into the interior but also provide stunning views outward.

On the sun deck, guest amenities include a jacuzzi forward, encased in a slightly elevated teak surround with ample sun pads. A well-equipped bar, sun beds, and a dining area offer comfort and relaxation, with shade provided by the canopy of the radar mast.

The rounded stern conceals amenities until the large transom door is lowered, revealing a bathing platform and access to additional onboard features.

O'Mathilde features a sleek and dynamic exterior design with a white hull, functional foredeck space, retractable light mast, and ample glazing for natural light, powered by two Caterpillar engines achieving a range of 4,000 nautical miles.

Interior Design

O'Mathilde interiors feature a harmonious blend of cream-colored flooring and neutral-toned, wood-paneled walls throughout the yacht's communal spaces. This palette serves as a foundation for the interior design, which is complemented by dark, glossy wood accents and color from contemporary art pieces.

The main salon is a versatile space, serving both as a lounge and dining area. It is furnished with high-quality materials, providing a suitable environment for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests have access to an advanced entertainment system, which can be controlled via iPad/iOS devices, ensuring a personalized experience.

The bridge, designed with practicality in mind, includes dual helm seats and a comprehensive array of multi-panel display screens, ensuring command and control are maintained at all times by the captain and crew.

Accommodation

Accommodation onboard O'Mathilde welcomes 12 guests within its seven stateroom configuration. The yacht's upper deck is home to an expansive owner suite encompassing 70 square meters, complete with a marble bathroom, extensive walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated lounge area, and office space for privacy and work needs.

The main deck offers a VIP suite, notable for its size, along with a twin cabin for additional guest arrangements. Below on the lower deck, three double cabins and an additional twin cabin, are designed with consistent elegance and comfort in mind.

Crew accommodations for up to 13 ensures full guest service.

Performance & Capabilities

O'Mathilde's propulsion is delivered through two robust Caterpillar (3512C) engines, each delivering 2,365 horsepower at a peak revolution of 1800rpm. These engines enable O'Mathilde to achieve a top speed of 17 knots, with a cruising speed set at a consistent 15 knots, balancing fuel efficiency with swift passage.

The yacht's range is a considerable feature, boasting a substantial distance of 4,000 nautical miles when operating at an economical speed of 12 knots. This is facilitated by her fuel capacity of 73,800 liters, which ensures extended voyages without the frequent need for refueling stops.

O'Mathilde is fitted with advanced zero-speed stabilizers. These systems are critical in reducing the rolling motion of the yacht, thereby increasing onboard comfort, particularly when the vessel is at anchor.

O'Mathilde offers a harmonious blend of cream-colored flooring and wood-paneled walls, accommodations for 12 guests across seven staterooms, and amenities including a jacuzzi, bar, and sun deck for relaxation and entertainment.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. O'Mathilde also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
