Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.5m beam and a 2.14m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 386 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2019. This was the third yacht built on the Oasis 40M design. Launched in June 2021 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2021.

Exterior Design

The yacht's striking silhouette is accentuated by a silver metallic paint upgrade, showcasing her exclusive status and the unique appeal that sets her apart even within the extraordinary Oasis range. Phoenix's low-set aft deck is one of her most compelling features, bringing guests into an intimate proximity with the ocean's expanse. The presence of a transformer extends a staircase into the water, allowing for seamless sea access, while also reaching up to the quayside level for ease of boarding.

This remarkable aft deck area boasts an expansive spa bath, crowned with backlit glass proudly bearing the yacht’s name—a centerpiece that comes alive in the evening ambiance. As one transitions into the cockpit, the space unfurls to reveal fold-down balconies that ingeniously increase the living area, enhancing the connection to the surrounding seascape. The fixed furniture is thoughtfully arranged to face outwards, maximizing the enjoyment of the views over the stern, while the absence of obstructive staircases preserves the aft deck's elegant aesthetic and functional spaciousness.

Further reinforcing the synergy between interior and exterior spaces, circular glass doors provide a smooth transition from the outdoor oasis into the sumptuously appointed saloon. The doors themselves are a design marvel, opening in tandem to reveal breathtaking vistas and preserve the all-important continuity between the yacht's indoor comfort and the natural splendor of the marine environment.

Ascending to the foredeck, guests are greeted by a versatile space that masterfully balances leisure and utility. The foredeck serves as a private haven, offering both ample seating and sunbathing areas, complemented by coffee tables for refreshments under the open sky. A thoughtful addition of carbon fiber poles allows for the installation of a canopy, providing shade on sun-drenched days. Even as it serves as a retreat for repose, the foredeck maintains its role as a working area, discretely housing the essential anchoring and mooring equipment.

The sundeck, accessible via a discreet staircase, is yet another testament to Phoenix's commitment to unobstructed luxury. Guests can indulge in the sunbathing spaces, gather around the bar, or dine al fresco under a state-of-the-art hardtop. The sundeck design seamlessly integrates a barbecue and wet bar setup, perfect for hosting and entertaining amidst panoramic views of the ocean.

Interior Design

As one steps into the main saloon, the eye is drawn to the curvaceous layout of the seating, which elegantly mirrors the circular glass doors, ensuring an unobstructed flow between the interior and the exterior. The space is bathed in abundant natural light, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows on either side, further enhancing the sense of openness. The saloon's design is a tribute to modern luxury, featuring a sophisticated dining area amidships that provides a stately setting for formal meals, while the casual seating area aft encourages guests to unwind and enjoy the panoramic views of the water.

Moving forward on the main deck, the owner's stateroom stands out as a sanctuary of serenity and grandeur. The stateroom is not merely spacious but thoughtfully appointed with lavish furnishings and decor that elevate the experience of repose. A standout feature of Phoenix is the generously extended walk-in wardrobe, replacing the traditional gym space found on other Oasis 40 meters, offering an expansive area for personal belongings, complete with a remarkable view. The en-suite bathroom is a marvel in its own right, with a full-beam layout that showcases a regal marble finish, a centrally positioned bathtub, and dual sinks, all designed to provide an atmosphere of spa-like tranquility.

Descending to the lower deck, guests will find four additional staterooms, expertly appointed to provide a luxurious retreat for guests. Two VIP staterooms amidships boast spacious layouts, personalized AV systems, and private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring a stay marked by comfort and privacy. The twin cabins, situated forward, also feature exquisite furnishings, ample space, and their own dedicated bathrooms, making Phoenix an ideal vessel for hosting family and friends in a setting that leaves no detail overlooked.

Accommodation

Phoenix offers a generous arrangement for up to 10 guests across 5 beautifully appointed suites, ensuring a stay of unparalleled comfort and privacy.

The owner's suite, a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship, is located on the main deck. This full-beam stateroom is a sanctuary of sophistication with an expansive layout that includes a luxurious king-sized bed, a cozy seating area ideal for relaxation or work, and an extended walk-in wardrobe that is exceptionally spacious, offering ample room for personal belongings. The elegance of the owner's suite extends to the en-suite bathroom, featuring a central bathtub, separate shower, twin sinks, and exquisite marble finishes, providing guests with a spa-like experience in their private quarters.

Below deck, the guest accommodations reflect the same attention to detail and opulence found throughout Phoenix. Two identical VIP staterooms amidships boast generous proportions, personalized AV systems controlled via iPad, and large hull windows that usher in natural light. Each VIP stateroom includes a private, well-appointed bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Complementing the VIP staterooms are two twin cabins, which are equally luxurious and versatile, with the option to be set up as twins or doubles according to guest preferences. These cabins also feature excellent headroom, fine furnishings, and private bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities to provide guests with a serene and comfortable stay.

Performance & Capabilities

Phoenix features a formidable propulsion system, consisting of twin MAN V12-1400 engines. Each engine, with its 12-cylinder configuration, churns out a formidable 1,400 horsepower at a brisk 2300rpm, an impressive specification that promises both reliability and power.

When it comes to speed, Phoenix does not disappoint. She boasts a top speed of 16 knots, allowing her to slice through the waves with grace and agility. Yet it is her cruising speed that will likely be of most interest to those seeking both efficiency and comfort. At a serene 12 knots, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the seascape without sacrificing swift passage.
