Delivered in 2008, Piropo is a 56m sail yacht built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Perini Navi, while Ron Holland Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around an aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 11.52m beam and a 9.73m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in mid 2006. This was the sixth yacht built on the 56m Series design. Launched in September 2008 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in November 2008.

Accommodation

Piropo offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32) 12-cylinder 1,257hp engines running at 2200rpm, motor yacht Piropo is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 59,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,146 nautical miles at 13 knots.
