Vesper is an award winning 130'11" motor yacht delivered by New Zealander shipyard Alloy Yachts in 2009. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Dubois, while Donald Starkey is responsible for her interior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 27'11" beam and a 6'9" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 279 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
Vesper offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32-C) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Vesper is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 9,148 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,400 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Vesper also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
