Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement wood hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 245 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Zeemar's hull is constructed using a wood and composite structure, employing cold-molded techniques with fiberglass cloth and resin, ensuring robustness and longevity.
On the aft section, the yacht features a transformer on the swimming platform that doubles as a passerelle, alongside an integrated passerelle within the hull for versatile boarding options. The cockpit area, accessible upon embarking, hosts an exterior dining space capable of seating at least 10 guests, complemented by a small bar area equipped with a fridge and ice maker.
Ascending to the upper deck, guests find a dedicated lounge and an expansive exterior dining area adorned with carbon poles and a glass table. The captain's cabin and the wheelhouse, with comprehensive navigation equipment, are situated on this deck as well.
The sundeck offers a bar, various seating arrangements, a coffee lounge area, and a sunbathing section in the forward part. Adjustable carbon shading poles are available for sun protection. Additionally, the yacht is equipped with a garage on the lower deck for storage and a swimming platform capable of carrying a tender up to 4.2 meters.
Interior Design
The salon area provides a spacious environment for gathering and entertainment. It incorporates a dining area positioned forward, suitable for formal meals, while a well-appointed bar on the port side offers convenience for serving drinks and refreshments. L-shaped seating and a glass cabinet housing a 65-inch Samsung TV create a comfortable lounge space.
Across the salon, storage solutions are thoughtfully integrated beneath the large windows and within the cabinetry, offering ample space for utensils, glassware, and chinaware. The flooring, originally carpeted, has been updated with parquet, contributing to the contemporary feel of the yacht.
The galley, centrally positioned to serve both guests and crew efficiently, is outfitted with custom-made freezers, refrigerators, and cooktops, among other necessary appliances. It is designed to facilitate ease of movement and service, with two separate entrances that maintain a clear distinction between crew operations and guest areas.
Moving to the helm, navigation is supported by a comprehensive array of equipment, ensuring safe passage and ease of control. The wheelhouse is organized to provide both functionality and comfort, featuring an office area and seating for the captain. Access to the deck areas is straightforward via doors on both sides of the wheelhouse.
Accommodation
Zeemar provides ample space for up to 10 guests across its five well-appointed cabins.
The owner's suite, situated on the main deck, features a generous queen-size bed, substantial storage areas, and the luxury of his and her bathrooms, each equipped with a marble shower. The suite also benefits from openable port lights on either side, allowing natural light and fresh air to enhance the onboard experience.
On the lower deck, guests will find four additional guest cabins, each meticulously designed to provide a restful retreat after a day at sea. Two of these are VIP cabins, each boasting a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom finished in marble, and an openable port light for natural light and ventilation. The remaining two cabins offer twin and double bed arrangements, respectively, both with ensuite facilities and similar attention to detail and comfort.
For the crew, Zeemar ensures that those who work tirelessly behind the scenes also enjoy high standards of accommodation. The yacht houses a dedicated crew area on the lower deck, featuring three cabins—including an engineer's cabin and two bunk-bedded cabins for additional crew members. A shared bathroom and a spacious crew mess with a small galley allow the crew of six to rest and refresh in their own quarters.
Performance & Capabilities
The motor yacht Zeemar is powered by twin engines that enable it to achieve a top speed of 13 knots, an impressive feat considering its significant size and volume. At a more leisurely cruising speed of 11 knots, Zeemar balances fuel efficiency with a swift passage, making it well-suited for extended voyages or timely excursions.
Equipped with a fuel capacity of 8,000 liters, Zeemar boasts a substantial range, capable of covering up to 1,100 nautical miles without the need for refueling. This extensive range ensures that guests can enjoy lengthy expeditions across the seas without the constant concern of locating fueling stations.
