The 68' Motor Yacht offers a unique below deck layout with a standard four-stateroom, four-head layout, complemented by a study/office. This business-like feature, in addition to standard office furniture, has been specially designed to easily accommodate modern needs such as a satellite communications center and on-board computer work station.

The 68 Motor Yacht is especially designed to meet the needs of the live-aboard yachtsman: the optional layout of this outstanding motor yacht offers five staterooms and five heads.

The master suite has a queen-size bed, a built-in vanity, his-and-her dressers and walk-in wardrobe. The owner's accommodations are accessed by a stairwell from the salon. The private master head also features a deluxe whirlpool bath with shower.

In the standard layout, the study/office is located just forward of the master stateroom, featuring a built-in desk/credenza with drawers and the necessary space for a modern office communications system. In the optional layout, this area accommodates a guest stateroom with crossed upper and lower berths with private head.

All other guest accommodations are forward of the engine rooms, accessed by a stairway from the pilot house. A guest suite offers a standard tapered queen berth or optional twin berths, along with a private head with stall shower.

In addition to the guest suit, there is a guest stateroom with twin berths, and an adjoining head with stall shower that also serves as a day head. A crew stateroom at the forepeak has upper and lower berths and a private head with stall shower.

On the main deck, the enclosed pilot house gives access to the flying bridge, side decks and the galley area. Included in the galley space is a U-shaped dinette with ample seating.

The spacious salon measures nearly 25 feet in length, providing for comfortable dining and lounging areas. At the forward end of the salon is a built-in entertainment center.

Power in the Hatteras 68 Motor Yacht is furnished by twin GM 12V-71TI diesels rate at 775 S.H.P. each, which will provide a cruise speed in the 18-19 cruise range.
