Key Industry Developments and A Diverse Visitor Experience

Beyond the yacht debuts, DIBS 2025 facilitated several high-profile industry collaborations. A key announcement came from Gulf Craft’s Superyacht Service Center, which signed an agreement with Cimolai Technology for the acquisition of a 600-ton marine boat hoist. This investment will enhance Dubai’s superyacht servicing capabilities, making it a stronger destination for refits and maintenance.

While the event remained a crucial meeting point for industry leaders and buyers, it also catered to leisure visitors and families with a mix of interactive experiences. Attendees enjoyed:

  • Supercar Avenue – An exclusive display of high-performance cars, attracting luxury enthusiasts.

  • The Dive Pool – Live demonstrations of diving equipment and underwater technology.

  • Watersports Showcases – Including high-speed jet ski performances and hydroflight displays.

  • The UAE Fishing Championship – Bringing together sportfishing professionals in a competitive setting.

These attractions ensured that DIBS 2025 was more than just a boat show, offering a well-rounded experience for all attendees

The event’s economic impact was notable, with strong sales reported across yachts, marine accessories, and luxury lifestyle products. Dubai’s position as a key superyacht hub continues to grow, supported by the state-of-the-art Super Yacht Marina at Dubai Harbour, capable of accommodating vessels up to 160 meters in length.

The strong visitor numbers and high-profile launches signal positive momentum in the yachting sector. Experts at the event highlighted increasing demand for custom-built yachts, sustainable propulsion systems, and innovative onboard technology, trends that are likely to shape the market in the coming years.

Looking Ahead

As the next edition of the show is already in planning, exhibitors and industry leaders will look to build on this year’s momentum.
