Falcon Yachts has announced its first Falcon Legacy is moving closer to delivery to her Owner as the Italian-based yard reconnects with its heritage for its largest build
The flagship 40m (131ft) yacht represents a step back to the company’s traditional design style when it was established by Enrico Spreafico in the 1980s and sports classic clean lines and refined interiors.
Sold to an Italian entrepreneur in December, her interior and exterior spaces reflect the personality of the sporty Owner, who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Amongst her features are an aft cockpit with bar and dining area, a skylounge with viewing screen, and a main saloon with lounge and dining area flooded in light thanks to full height windows. She also has a forward tender garage that is home to 6m (19.6ft) tender, with a transom door that transforms into a swimming platform and beach club.
The Falcon Legacy can accommodate up to 12 guests across six cabins made up of a full-beam Owners suite on the main deck and a full-beam VIP cabin, two twin cabins, a double cabin and a single cabin on the lower deck.
She is expected to be delivered in February 2022.
According to YachtBuyer intelligence Falcon Yachts has delivered over 150 yachts since Edoardo Spreafico established his first shipyard facility in Viareggio in 1988. At 40m (131ft) the Falcon Legacy will be the largest yacht built by Falcon and considerably larger than its average build of 27.6m (90ft).
