The most recent Moonen 122 Martinique, YN205, successfully completed its initial journey this week.
After its launch at the Dutch hull builder, the Martinique hull was transported to the Moonen Yachts outfitting yard in Den Bosch, Netherlands. This 37.4m (122ft) yacht, available for sale and slated for completion in April 2025, represents the seventh vessel of the Martinique design.
Distinguished by its long-range steel-hull capability, refined design, Dutch craftsmanship, and customizable interior, the Martinique offers early buyers the opportunity to tailor the interior to their unique style and preferences.
According to Moonen Yachts' project manager, Ian Vermoen, the hull's launch at Moonen's partner yard, Talsma, proceeded smoothly.
This is the third Martinique hull that we have built with Talsma. We work very closely together with them, and that results in very well-built hulls. They think along with us during the build, and you can see that in the high-quality result."

With the hull in white primer and the interiors and tanks already painted, the Moonen Yachts outfitting team eagerly anticipates commencing the next phase, which involves marrying the steel hull with the aluminum superstructure before entering the fit-out shed.
The accommodation aboard the Moonen 122 Martinique includes space for 10 guests in one owner stateroom, two VIP staterooms, and two further guest cabins. Additionally, the yacht can accommodate a crew of seven, with one captain's cabin and three crew cabins.
René van der Velden is responsible for the exterior design, while Diana Yacht Design serves as the naval architect, and the interior design is crafted by Hollander Yacht Design.
Currently, Moonen Yachts has two other Martiniques in progress for their owners, with deliveries scheduled for April and June of this year.
