Tankoa recommence production following temporary COVID-19 shutdown

Italian shipyard Tankoa have picked up their tools as they are given the all clear to resume work.

As the Italian government passed amendments allowing manufacturers to return to their places of work, the team at Tankoa have picked up where they left off.

With a series of refits and two 50 metre inbuild superyachts to work on, the team at the Genoa based facility have confidence that the projects will be delivered on time despite the setback from the coronavirus pandemic.

We dedicated our utmost attention to a no-compromise safety, aiming to secure a duly protected environment to all work force. This was really well received by the whole Tankoa team.

Reopening their doors on the 4th of May, Tankoa follow in the footsteps of fellow Italians the Ferretti Group and Yachting Developments in New Zealand as they too resumed their work on site since the relaxation of lockdown restrictions.
