This reputation likely played a pivotal role in attracting the attention of the formidable Ferretti Group, leading to Pershing's acquisition in 1998.
Despite becoming part of the Ferretti Group, Pershing has steadfastly maintained its distinctive approach. Even with the yachts growing significantly in size, Fulvio De Simoni continues to be the driving force behind their design, ensuring a continued commitment to excellence.
