First announced to the press in 2023 she went into development later the same year. She was unveiled to the general public at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival where she made her World Debut. She has won a few awards, most recently 'Power Catamaran Above 15m' at the 2024 Yacht Style Awards.

Performance

She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 15 knots via her twin 600hp Volvo Penta D8-600 engines. In terms of range, the Prestige M8 has a standard range of 350 nautical miles (nm).

Reasons to Buy a M8

The sheer volume of the M8's decks and interior is a clear benefit of the multihull design but it's how Prestige has used this space that is most impressive and striking a balance between furnished areas and open space.

The aft deck is vast and links brilliantly with the Opacmare platform that was designed specifically for the M8 and also functions as a submerged platform and tender lift with a 500kg capacity.

On board, there are galley-up and galley-down layouts with the option to have four or five cabins. Both layouts include a stunning owner's suite that occupies the near 30ft beam of the boat, forward. It's the sort of cabin you'd expect to find on an 80ft monohull.
