On Deck

The Aquila 32 Sport is a catamaran designed for excellent space and stability. At 9.75m (32ft) long and a beam of 3.86m (12.7ft), it comfortably fits standard berths without needing special arrangements. The swim platform includes a fold-out bathing ladder with grab handles, ensuring easy water access. The seating at the stern is flexible, with adaptable backrests and seats transforming into sunbeds. Movable staples function as cockpit doors or cupholders, increasing deck versatility. Storage beneath seating areas is ample, notably a large compartment in the starboard hull ideal for canopies or watersports gear, easily accessible and supported by strong gas struts. A retractable sun awning and foldable table further enhance the deck’s usability.

Forward, the bow area has extensive sunbathing options with double and single sunbeds that expand across the boat using infill cushions. Anchor winch, cupholders, storage compartments for fenders, and deck wash facilities are also positioned here.

The interior galley area contains a fridge, sink, grill, bin, and additional storage compartments cleverly designed with sliding bases. Removable covers provide additional countertop space over the sink and grill. It also features folding windscreens and canopy enclosures for weather protection. The helm station includes joystick controls for easy manoeuvring, Fusion hi-fi system, Mercury multifunction display, and convenient USB and power sockets. The interior feels open and spacious due to the wide beam, making it suitable for entertaining or short weekend stays.

The toilet and shower compartment, located in the starboard hull, features sliding doors for privacy, ample standing headroom, and practical amenities including a sink, mirror, pull-out shower hose, drain, and storage for towels and toiletries. The area is complemented by a waterproof plug socket for added convenience.

Cabin

Within the portside hull, a comfortable double bed provides a suitable space for overnight stays. An overhead hatch and hull windows with blinds offer ventilation and natural light. Additional storage options include shelves and cupboards, making the cabin functional for short-term accommodation.

Powered by twin 300 horsepower Mercury Verado outboards, the Aquila 32 achieves speeds exceeding 40 knots and cruises comfortably at around 30 knots. The catamaran design ensures fuel efficiency, offering a practical range of approximately 250 nautical miles, with minimal variation in efficiency between 20 knots and 40 knots. Engineering systems, battery charging units, and electronic access are conveniently located within dedicated, easily accessible compartments.
