The SD112 was built in Italy by Sanlorenzo, interior and exterior styling by Francesco Paszkowski from Italy. The 34.1m/111'11" superyacht constructed in GRP can sleep up to ten guests in five cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.

Development started in 2014 and the first model rolled off the production line later the same year. She was unveiled to the general public at the 2014 Cannes Yachting Festival where she made her World Debut and made her American Debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in 2014. She won 'Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts - 30m to 39m' at the 2010 World Superyacht Awards.
