The C42 is built in Italy by Sessa Marine. The 13.1m/43' coupe boat built from GRP can sleep up to four guests in two cabins. Available with only one option for inboard engines.
The models in this range have been in production for over 5 years, so you can be assured that each C42 is built on a proven platform of success. Production of the first generation Sessa Marine C42 started in 2014 and ran for over 6 years. The second and latest generation Sessa Marine C42 was announced in 2020.
The latest generation can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 26 knots via its twin 370hp Volvo Penta IPS500 engines. In terms of range, the Sessa Marine C42 has a standard range of 429 nautical miles (nm). By comparison, the Mk2 has comparable performance to its predecessor, with just a 3.1 Knot difference between their cruising speeds, and they are the same in terms of cruising time.
