The first Tigre D’Or, launched in 1997, had a huge influence on the way motor yachts are built, being the first yacht to be built to the requirements of the Large Yacht Code. Each yacht in this series has the same basic hull engineering and layout but completely individual interior design. Designed by Terence Disdale, Tigre D’Or boasts a beautiful light interior with flexible accommodation options. With a spacious dining area and saloon on the main deck, as well as a large enclosed lounge on the bridge deck, there is plenty of space to entertain while on your luxury yacht charter vacation. On deck, make the most of the sun by relaxing in the whirlpool spa or on the selection of sunpads that are available.

About
The very first launch of the Amels Tigre D’Or 50 series hit the water in 1997 and was the first superyacht ever built that satisfied the MCA safety and operational requirements. Each vessel was also built to Lloyd’s classification.
The sundeck of the series is built unusually long to maximise outdoor entertainment while the large wheelhouse is highlighted by vertical wraparound windows.
The interior design of the Amels Tigre D’Or 50 range is contemporary and elegant; featuring fabrics in light colours alongside bleached woods in a combination that is now known as the “classic Disdale” style. The arrangement was created to ultimately be flexible and adjustable, capable of sleeping 12 guests and 12 crew.
The vessel has a cruising speed of 13 knots and can reach a maximum speed of 15.4 knots. The super yacht is powered by twin Cummins KTA 38 M2 engines.
