After the cancellation of the 2020 show as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the next edition of ADIBS will be back with a strong line-up of yachts and a great variety of exhibitors.
Held from the 13th to 16th October, this third iteration will cater to clients based in the UAE looking to buy a yacht in the sub-40m (98.5ft) market. Everything from tenders to flybridges will be showcased, with a presence from major shipyards including Gulf Craft, Benetti, Heesen and Sanlorenzo.
Alongside the fleet, the show places a heavy emphasis on water toys and nautical accessories, with a dedicated fishing zone and live demonstrations of Hydrofoil surfboards and Flyboards.
Also expected to make a comeback is the 865 sq. m (9,310 sq. ft) space, The Hive: a location for exhibitions and seminars that includes an eighty-seat auditorium and private meeting rooms.
In the build-up to the 2019 show, ADIBS’ exhibition space was increased by 29% to 40,000 sq. m (430,500 sq. ft). It subsequently welcomed approximately 25,000 visitors, as well as 75 yachts and 284 companies and exhibitors.
The show is expected to continue to grow in 2021, particularly after a disrupted 2020. The show's location at the multi-award-winning ADNEC marina means that show-goers are well-placed to discover all that the region has to offer and the modern venue is also great for networking and meeting with brokers and key players in the yachting industry.
