The 29.6m expedition yacht Due Process was delivered to her owners in 2011 by American shipyard Marlow. Her interior and exterior has been penned in-house by the Marlow design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.4m beam and a 1.57m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 117 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was delivered to her owners in July 2011.

Due Process offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32ACERT) 12-cylinder 1,823hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Due Process is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 18,927 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
