Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 22'8" beam and a 7'4" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 187 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in June 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2024.
Exterior Design
Hekate features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, with a solid profile and plumb bow complemented by a gray hull exterior. The stern area includes a staircase on the port side leading to a fixed bathing platform and a shell door on the starboard side for a passerelle. A bold red bootstrap accentuates the waterline against the gray hull, while large horizontal glazing sections on the hull ensure ample natural light on the lower deck. Stylish open gunwales and fairlead openings add to the yacht's features.
The main deck is characterized by extensive glazing along the side profile, contrasting with the white superstructure of the upper deck that stands out against the dark glazing and gray hull. The sun deck canopy supports a short vertical radar mast, while the foredeck is equipped with a crane for tender and watercraft operations. Raked glazing in the bridge area enhances the yacht's forward dynamic.
Interior Design
The interior design of the Hekate prioritizes functionality and understated elegance. The main deck saloon is designed to be light and airy, featuring large windows on all sides that allow natural light to flood the space. The combination of warm oak furniture and parquet floors with stainless steel accents and white lacquered ceilings results in an environment that is both warm and refined.
Accommodation
Hekate accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins in her standard layout. This includes three full-beam "owner cabins," each almost identical in size, making them suitable for charter purposes. Additionally, there is a VIP double cabin and two twin-berthed cabins, all featuring en suite facilities to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.
The crew of Hekate is well-accommodated with separate, individual cabins for four members. This thoughtful design ensures that the crew can perform their duties efficiently while maintaining the privacy and comfort of the guests.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (D2676 LE425) 650hp engines, motor yacht Tortura is capable of reaching a top speed of 12 knots, and comfortably cruises at 9 knots. With her 4,412 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 9 knots.
