Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.35m beam and a 2.04m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 248 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifteenth yacht built on the Grande 116 design.
Exterior Design
With a primary focus on outdoor entertainment and dining, Hye Seas II's spacious flybridge is a highlight, equipped with a bar counter, stools, comfortable circular lounge seating, an upper helm, and sun pads. These features facilitate social gatherings and relaxation under the open sky.
The inclusion of a generously sized tender garage at the stern adds to the yacht's practical attributes, allowing for easy storage and access to tenders and water toys, which are essential for enjoying the sea to its fullest.
Interior Design
The use of cherry and burlwood paneling on walls and ceilings establishes a coherent aesthetic throughout the yacht, characterized by a matte finish that emphasizes sophistication.
The main lounge is an open-plan area that seamlessly integrates with the dining space, allowing for easy interaction among guests. This area is designed for comfort and sociability, featuring ample seating and a layout that encourages gathering. The dining area is equipped to serve 12 guests, with a setting that prioritizes ease of movement and interaction, making it ideal for formal meals or casual dining experiences.
Forward on the main deck, a purpose-designed media/Karaoke room offers an alternative entertainment space.
The galley of Hye Seas II mirrors the yacht's overall aesthetic with similar wood finishes, grey cabinet doors, black countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Accommodation
Hye Seas II offers a sophisticated accommodation layout designed to comfortably house up to 12 guests across five elegantly appointed cabins.
The yacht's accommodation is notably highlighted by a full-beam master suite, presenting an exclusive and private retreat for the owners. This master suite is a prominent feature of Hye Seas II, offering expansive living quarters that include a large, ensuite bathroom adorned with jade-green marble finishes, ensuring a private and serene space for relaxation.
Further guest accommodation includes two VIP cabins and two double cabins, each equipped with an additional Pullman berth, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. Similar to the master suite, these cabins are outfitted with their own ensuite bathrooms, also finished with marble, to provide comfort and privacy for all guests onboard.
In addition to guest quarters, Hye Seas II is equipped to accommodate six crew members.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,397hp engines, motor yacht Hye Seas II is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 23 knots.
