The 69m motor yacht Saluzi was delivered to her owners in 2003 by Austal. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Austal, while Luiz de Basto Designs is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around an aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 13.8m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,739 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the Saluzi is distinguished by its raked flared bow and curved aft deck - but what really contribute to its distinctive profile is the unique paint job created by artist Li Jiwei. This artwork is an abstract horse depicting the yacht's namesake, Saluzi. Saluzi means "Autumn Dew" and was the name of the warhorse ridden by Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty. The artist Li Jiwei, born in Beijing in 1960, has a background in traditional Chinese painting and a Master’s degree in abstract painting. Li Jiwei’s work is widely recognized, with notable installations at the Beijing Olympic Swim Stadium and the German Embassy in Beijing. His contribution to the Saluzi reflects his focus on large-scale art installations.
The sun deck boasts a sprawling 300m² (3,230ft²) of pure leisure, crowned by a jaw-dropping 21-meter water slide that's more of a thrill ride than an amenity. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor cinema under the stars and unwind in not one, but two jacuzzis.
Interior Design
Saluzi's interior, reimagined by designer Luiz de Basto, offers expansive public spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The main salon on the Upper Deck, spanning 200 sqm (2,150 sqft), serves as the central hub for social activities. This area is decorated with contemporary furnishings and is equipped with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, providing an inviting space for gatherings and leisure.
The yacht features a dedicated dining room on the Main Deck, where guests can enjoy meals in an elegant setting. Adjacent to the dining area is a karaoke lounge, offering an additional option for entertainment and social interaction. The interior design incorporates high-quality materials, emphasizing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
On the Bridge Deck, a private salon provides a more intimate setting, ideal for quiet reflection or small meetings. The salon’s design balances comfort and sophistication, making it suitable for a variety of uses.
Guests seeking wellness and relaxation will appreciate the gym and spa facilities on the Upper Deck. The gym is equipped with modern exercise equipment, while the spa offers a tranquil environment for rejuvenation, complete with a hairdresser service.
Accommodation
Saluzi offers accommodation for up to 32 guests, featuring two master suites, seven VIP staterooms, and seven twin cabins. Each cabin is equipped with a full entertainment system and ensuite facilities. The master suites are located on the bridge deck and include private salons and access to an aft deck. The upper deck houses six VIP suites, while one additional VIP suite is found on the main deck.
She is also capable of carrying up to 34 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 3 x diesel MTU (16V2000 M60) 1,072hp engines, motor yacht Saluzi is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Saluzi also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
