The 43m motor yacht Sanctuary was delivered to her owners in 2018 by Italian shipyard Mangusta. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Alberto Mancini, while Mangusta is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.7m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 451 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2016 with the keel laid under the project name 'Firenze'. This was the third yacht built on the Oceano 43 design. She was delivered to her owners in February 2019.
Exterior Design
Sanctuary features a raked bow, enhancing its hydrodynamic efficiency and providing a smoother ride through the water. The hull and superstructure are finished in a crisp white color, creating a clean and classic appearance. The use of teak for the deck material adds a touch of traditional elegance while offering durability and a non-slip surface underfoot.
The yacht's color scheme is further complemented by a black boot top and below-the-waterline area, which provides a sharp contrast to the white hull and superstructure. This choice of colors not only enhances the visual appeal but also serves practical purposes in maintaining the yacht's aesthetic over time.
The foredeck features an infinity pool that is a favored spot when entering a bay. The upper aft deck has been modified by removing a large table, creating more versatile open space for various activities.
Sanctuary is equipped with the latest tenders and water toys, enhancing the overall experience for guests. A 14-meter Anvera chase boat supports Sanctuary with daily shore excursions and improve accessibility for older guests.
The sea-level beach club is notable for its size, offering a convenient and well-equipped space for relaxation and water activities. The sun deck includes shaded open-air dining, allowing guests to enjoy meals comfortably.
Interior Design
The materials used throughout Sanctuary include neutral cream palettes and deep wood furnishings. Abundant skylights and full-height sliding glass walls on the main deck ensure that natural light floods the interior spaces, enhancing the overall sense of openness.
The main salon has a bright and breezy atmosphere, with minimalist features that carry throughout the space. Glass doors partition the main salon from the aft deck, providing easy access and flooding the area with natural light. The furniture is stylish yet functional, and full-beam windows offer impressive views of the surrounding vistas.
Accommodation
Sanctuary offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in a total of 5 cabins. The master suite, positioned for optimal privacy and convenience, includes en suite facilities, a private lounge area, and a balcony. In addition to the master suite, Sanctuary includes two double cabins and two twin cabins. The twin cabins also feature Pullman berths, allowing for additional sleeping arrangements if needed.
She is also capable of carrying up to seven crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M72) 12-cylinder 1,488hp engines running at 2250rpm, motor yacht Sanctuary is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 62,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
In addition, a beach club allows for easy access to the water and allows those on board to easily unwind. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
