BLUE PEARL’s design and structure are the epitome of naval yachting excellence by Dutch yacht builder Kuipers. Hull design and systems by Vripack. Dutch naval architect Dick Boon and interior designer Englishman John Munford. BLUE PEARL was the last yacht built by the senior Mr. Kuipers prior to his retirement. The no- nonsense go-anywhere hull and system architecture acknowledge the absolute uncompromising conviction by Dick Boon to design yachts and systems to enable cruising the world in comfort and safety. John Munford is a recognized world class designer of interiors notably for Feadship, and other highly respected shipbuilders. She offers three double ensuite staterooms for the owner's party and two crew staterooms with crew lounge and laundry. The interior cabinetry is satin finish teak and all soft goods including all cushions, floor coverings were replaced in late 2016. The hull was painted with Awlcraft 2000 Flag Blue in late 2016. As expected on a yacht of this calibre, built for extended cruising the storage is extensive. This outstanding explorer yacht has cruised all around the world. The voyages ranged from Venezuela to Newfoundland on the east coast, two Panama Canal transits and from the Galapagos to Alaska in the Pacific, as well as Florida, Atlantic Ocean, West Med, Greek Islands and Turkey. BLUE PEARL’s heritage and cruising log proves that it is the perfect vessel for a yacht owner who wants to cruise world waters safely and comfortably.
