On Deck

The aft of the yacht now has a sunpad and garage that can accommodate a mini Williams jet.  The hi-lo platform can hold up to 350 kilograms and features chocks that lift up. There is also an adaptable area that can hold toys and folding bikes. Nick then presents the barbecue and shower area, before moving on to the cockpit. He compliments the new design that features one big window that hinges up to the ceiling, opening up the whole area.

Also shown is a sunbathing area on the foredeck. He points out the changes made to the yacht's exterior, such as the window line, which now integrates with the hull for a smarter look. He also mentions the wrap-around sections, which have been changed from black to graphite gray.

Inside the yacht, Nick appreciates the smart woodwork and the fact that it can be enclosed to form a deck saloon. He shows the foldable table, wet bar, and fridge. The helm position has a single helm seat and two seats for guests. The electronics have been upgraded, including a larger screen and radar.

Down to the lower deck, there is a galley area with a fridge, freezer, and electric hob. There is an option for a third cabin but he prefers the open dinette area as it allows more light. He then shows the VIP guest cabin and the owners' cabin, which he describes as very spacious and nicely lit.

The owners' cabin is praised for its full-beam design, skylight, and plenty of storage. There is an ensuite bathroom, which has a larger separate shower area.

Down in the engine space, there are Volvo Penta D6-IPS600 engines, 440 horsepower each.  These give the boat just over 30 knots, with a cruising speed of 25 knots providing a range of 200 nautical miles.

In his evaluation, Nick appears to have a positive view of the Beneteau Gran Turismo 45, praising its updated design, spacious interiors, and upgraded features.
