On Deck

The Corsair 34 has a spray-painted pale blue finish across both hull and topsides, giving the whole boat a striking, uniform look. The boat carries strong retro styling despite being modern, which shows in design details like stainless steel fittings, Chris Craft emblems, and white caulking in the woodwork.

At the stern, there's a sun pad, followed by a seating area around a folding table. The backrests on the cockpit seating are shaped so passengers can lounge while facing backwards during a cruise. They're kept secure and comfortable, with a clear view of the wake behind.

Other exterior details include a bow thruster for easier manoeuvring, a lift bolster on the helm seat for standing while driving, and a steering wheel styled like a vintage motorcar. The dash is neatly finished, echoing the overall craftsmanship seen across the deck.

Interior Accommodation

It's a day boat by design, but the forward cabin makes short stays possible. There's a galley with a sink and a fridge for drinks and food. A TV is mounted opposite a seating area. Speakers are integrated either side of the TV. Two large hatches in the overhead bring in natural light.

The cabin seating includes a short table leg for a low table or a longer leg for a raised table setup. In-fill cushions convert the space into a double berth. A separate toilet compartment sits off to one side, giving guests privacy and avoiding the need to convert cabin seating for this purpose.

Stitching on the interior seating mirrors the same diamond-quilted pattern as the exterior. All the Chris Craft logos are stitched into the fabric rather than stuck on, and you can feel the texture by touch.

Performance

The Chris Craft Corsair 34 is powered by twin V8 Volvo Penta 350hp engines with stern drives. It reaches speeds of 40 knots. The deep V-hull is designed for high-speed performance. A bow thruster helps with close-quarters handling.

In Summary

The Corsair 34 is a high-speed, retro-styled day boat with thoughtful detailing and luxury features. Despite being a day boat, it has a functional cabin with seating that converts into a bed, a galley with a fridge and sink, and a proper separate toilet. The deck space supports both relaxation and socialising, and the cockpit is designed for comfort even at speed.

Smaller than some yachts, but it stands out in both performance and looks.
