On Deck

There is a passerelle at the back of the yacht, which is telescopic and able to slide away. There's also a garage for a tender under the yacht's sunbathing area. The space for entertaining and relaxing is impressive, in particular, the stylish radar mast and color-coded satellite domes. Also highlighted were color-coded speakers and the curved windscreen.

The yacht underwent a refit in 2020, which Nick positively comments on. He notes the Bimini that can power away to disappear from sight, providing shade when needed. The helm position has room for three people, throttle controls, a control panel, and multifunction displays.

Interior

On heading inside, the Riva Virtus 63 has a spacious and beautiful interior, with pale wood and dark carpets. It features an owner's cabin in the bow, an air-conditioned area for relaxation, a dinette, and a functioning galley with a sink, hob, microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher. The yacht also houses two additional cabins, all with dedicated toilets.

Performance

The yacht's engine room houses two 1400 horsepower MAN V12 diesel engines which would give the boat a speed of about 40 knots, cruising at 35 knots. The boat has a deep V Hull and this, combined with the hull length, would make for an effortless experience covering ground.

In Summary

Nick remarks that the Riva 63 Virtus is a "work of art" and ends the tour by expressing his love for the yacht. Despite being a sports boat, he suggests that it's a luxurious one, equipped with a water maker and a generator. He believes it would be a cool sight to rock up in places like Portofino or Ibiza on this yacht. Overall, this tour of the Riva 63 Virtus is filled with admiration for both its interior and exterior design, as well as its functionality.
