Nick began the tour at the back of the yacht, highlighting the hi-lo platform for a dinghy and the seating arrangement.

While the upper deck walkways were narrower compared to the newer boat, they were still easy to navigate due to the high rails. He admired the sunbathing area on the bow and the anchor gear. The flybridge was next, highlighted were the secondary helm station, sunbathing cushions, bar, and additional seating.

He was particularly impressed with the social aspect of the saloon, featuring a foldable table, club seat, and sideboard area. Nick also pointed out the TV that rises from the back and the Bose hi-fi system and DVD player, which he felt added to the yacht's appeal.

Moving forward, there is a bar area tucked behind the helm seat, complete with an icemaker. He admired the helm area, appreciating its usability, visibility through the screens, and its rounded design, comparing it to a 'Star Trek effect.'

Descending to the lower deck, there is a spacious galley area, complete with a full-height domestic fridge freezer. He then toured the VIP cabin, acknowledging that the windows were smaller compared to the latest model but appreciating the ample storage and access to the day heads, which can transform into an ensuite at night.

The third cabin has bunk beds and ample storage. The master cabin, has a full-beam design, ventilation, and substantial storage, including an illuminated hanging wardrobe.

The engine room houses a pair of MAN 800-horsepower engines. Nick was impressed by the cleanliness of the area for a 2008 boat, and he found the positioning of the generator for easy servicing a good touch.

Overall, while acknowledging the 2008 Sunseeker Manhattan 52 as not as big or flashy as the latest model, Nick concluded that it still represented excellent value for its price. He described it as a magnificent, high-performance 52-foot flybridge Sunseeker.
