On Deck

The Sunseeker San Remo has a large garage at the back that can house a Williams jet rib. The boat has a very manageable height which makes handling easier, and he also admired its sleek look. He took note of the stern handling winches, which are useful for picking up a line at the front and winching it into the quay when in the Mediterranean Sea.

Nick admired the helm position, which features a double helm and a stand-sit bolster that offers a great view, particularly with the large roof section and glass panels. He praised the carbon fiber effect at the helm and the forward-facing seat next to it, which provides more headroom in the mid-cabin.

The carbon finish around the deck is highlighted along with the proper carbon fiber roof, which is strong yet light, helping to keep the center of gravity down. He also appreciated the extra spring cleats put on the yacht, which are great for tying the boat up.

Interior

Inside, Nick loved the contrast between the high-gloss dark finish and the light matte finish, which he described as "classy" and "light and airy." He praised the storage spaces in the yacht and the attention to detail in areas like the galley and the heads.

In the master cabin, there is a spacious feel due to the raised section above. He also praised the en-suite bathroom and the feature of a door leading to the main saloon area, providing easy access to the heads without having to go into the cabins.

Performance

The engine space houses a pair of Volvo Penta IPS-600 engines, which could give the boat a top speed of around 30 knots. The range of the boat is around 250 miles at high speed, and up to a thousand miles at low speed.

In Summary

Nick ended the tour on the yacht's bathing platform, expressing his enjoyment of the tour and his admiration for the Sunseeker San Remo. He described it as a great looking boat.
