The 390 Motoryacht was built in the United States by Sea Ray making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 12.72m/41'9" flybridge boat constructed in fibreglass can sleep up to four guests in two cabins. She was available with only one option for inboard engines.
Development started in 2003 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2004.
