At 36m, the 117 is only slightly larger than the best-selling 112 (34m) but its design makes the most of the extra LOA with multiple places to gather. The main deck features full-height glass along its bright salon and dining area and into the forward Owner’s stateroom. The galley includes the great Westport trait of adding a bar area where guests can gather to watch the chef or take breakfast. The flybridge is stepped, creating two defined zones with a lower aft bar and Jacuzzi lounge and dining and guest seating forward up by the helm. The social scene continues at water-level with a mini beach club at the stern. Fast cruising at around 18-22knots is expected with a top speed of 24knots.
