The 164 was built in the United States by Westport Yachts, interior and exterior styling by Donald Starkey Designs from the UAE. The 50m/164'1" superyacht constructed in GRP can sleep up to twelve guests in six cabins. She was available with only one option for inboard engines.
First was announced to the press in 2003 but she didn't go into development until 2006 and the first model rolled off the production line later the same year. She won 'Adventure / Ethics / Environment' at the 2024 La Belle Classe Explorer Awards (Y.C.M.).
She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 20 knots via her twin 3,860hp MTU 16V 4000 M73L engines. In terms of range, the Westport Yachts 164 has a standard range of 5,200 nautical miles (nm).
