According to data from YachtBuyer’s Market Watch, the listing of three Beneteau Monte Carlo 52 yachts for sale in the past three years highlights some activity in its resale market. These yachts spend an average of 558 days on the market, reflecting a slow turnover rate for flybridge boats in this size segment. Over the same period, the asking price shows a notable decline of 13.9%, dropping from the initial price. This substantial reduction reflects market adjustments and potentially presents an opportunity for buyers seeking quality vessels at more competitive prices. Notably, this falls far outside the common range for this size of flybridge boat, reflecting a less stable position in the market. These yachts have been for sale around the east coast of the United States.
Beneteau started development on the 52 in 2019 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2021. She was unveiled to the general public at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival where she made her World Debut and made her American Debut at the Miami International Boat Show in 2020.
