The 30.12m expedition yacht A.B. Normal was delivered to her owners in 2006 by Inace. Her interior design comes from the drawing boards of Michael Kirschstein, while Inace is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and superstructure she features a 7.19m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 188 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2004. Launched in July 2006 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in October 2006.
Accommodation
A.B. Normal offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3406E -DITA) 6-cylinder 440hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht A.B. Normal is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 34,443 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
