Construction started in early 2010. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in July 2017 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in October 2017.

Exterior Design

Elements boasts an exterior design that is the epitome of elegance and grandeur, marked by its sleek and straight lines. Crafted by the talented naval architecture firm, Alpha Marine, the exterior design is a remarkable fusion of aesthetics and functionality. The innovative design is characterized by a "Poseidon trident" effect flowing aft from amidships, a distinctive feature that truly sets the vessel apart.

The yacht owner's specific demand for spacious and functional exterior areas has been met with exceptional finesse. With large seating arrangements on the decks and a touch-and-go helideck, Elements offers plenty of space for hosting events and functions. Further enhancing its versatility, the yacht features a garage to store a limousine tender and another area dedicated to water sports equipment such as jet skis and diving gear, making it an ideal choice for charter.

The forward end of the owner's deck overlooks a private pool, offering an exclusive retreat with breathtaking views. For more relaxed entertainment, the aft portion of the bridge deck features a large, multifaceted observation room. This expansive saloon is designed to spill seamlessly onto the aft deck, allowing for effortless indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.

Interior Design

The interior of Elements is the manifestation of a unique vision, a testament to the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. The influence of diverse cultural elements, notably Venetian, Arabic, and Greek, is evident in every detail of this extraordinary yacht. Masterfully designed by Venetian designer Cristiano Gatto, the interiors embody the essence of "fusion", ingeniously combining different design elements to create a harmonious and luxurious space.

Elements is graced with an impressive number of cabins, surpassing the number typically allowed by the large yacht code. This was made possible through the stringent adherence to SOLAS regulations. The interiors are designed to maximize space, with the layout carefully optimized for ideal space utilization, ensuring a spacious and comfortable environment for all on board.

The yacht offers a variety of stunning features, including an expansive formal saloon with two seating areas, a built-in bar, and a small dining table.

Elements showcases a soothing color palette that leans heavily on blues and neutral shades. The fabrics used throughout the yacht are of exceptional quality, and there are beautiful stones on floors, counters, and walls, waterjet-cut in Turkey into intricate patterns and inlays. The selection of these stones alone took nine months, with the owner approving each slab and all the veneers.

The yacht's unique and innovative interior design also allows for easy customization to suit the needs of its future owner. For example, the decorative window mullions and the tray ceiling inserts are designed to be easily replaced, allowing for a more relaxed look if desired.

The yacht's interior features a large circular atrium that forms the entrance lobby on the main deck. The focal point of this area is a glass lift encircled by stairs that are the center of guest circulation, rising through three decks. The yacht also boasts a garage to store a limousine tender and another area for water sports equipment.

Accommodation

Elements offers accommodation for 24 guests, encompassing 12 cabins, each designed with exceptional attention to detail. On the main deck, guests can choose from nine guest cabins, each featuring large vertical windows that allow for an abundance of natural light. Each cabin is adorned with precious materials, intricate stonework, and subtle accent colors that create a distinct ambiance while maintaining a consistent theme of luxury throughout the yacht.

The yacht also houses two VIP cabins located on the deck above, offering an elevated level of comfort and privacy. The VIP cabins, along with the owner's suite, can be combined into a family apartment, providing an intimate and homely environment for families to enjoy.

The owner's suite is a marvel in itself. Located at the forward end of the owner's deck, it offers magnificent views over a private pool and the helipad. The suite features three skylights and wraparound windows, a king-size bed set on a rotating platform, a bar, a seating area, and an oval soaking tub framed by blue marble and etched glass sliding doors. It also includes a massive oval dressing room with a gold leaf ceiling and a magnificent chandelier that sets a regal tone.

In addition to guest accommodation, Elements also provides its crew with a total of 15 cabins that can accommodate up to 29 crew members. This ensures that there is always a team ready to provide impeccable service to guests, enhancing the overall experience aboard the Elements.

Performance & Capabilities

At the heart of the Elements Yacht's performance and mechanical capabilities is its impressive engine specification. Powered by two 2,240kW MTU 16V 4000 M63 engines, this yacht is built for power and speed. This engine power is complemented by a 250kW bow thruster that enhances maneuverability, critical for the optimal functioning of a yacht of this size.

The Alpha Marine team and the in-house engineers at Yachtley used finite element analysis to optimize structural elements while keeping weight in check. This attention to detail and commitment to structural integrity and balance is evident in the yacht's impressive seakeeping abilities and the top speed of 20 knots.

With a cruising speed of 17 knots, Elements is designed for efficient and comfortable travel. Its range plays a crucial role in its performance capabilities. The yacht boasts an impressive range of 9,650 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots, making it ideal for long-distance voyages.

The yacht's fuel tank capacity is a significant 270,000 liters, while the fresh water capacity stands at 50,000 liters. This large fuel capacity plays a crucial role in supporting the yacht's extensive range.

For stability during both movement and anchorage, Elements is equipped with Quantum zerospeed stabilizers. These stabilizers enhance onboard comfort by reducing the roll motion effect, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable journey for passengers.

In terms of additional mechanical capabilities, Elements is equipped with three 400kW Kohler generators. These generators ensure a constant power supply to the yacht's systems, enhancing the overall operation and functionality of the yacht.

Leisure & Entertainment

A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. In addition, full cinema facilities ensure five-star entertainment. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down and an elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views. Lastly, for the convenience of the guests, the yacht includes a 7.5m limousine tender and two 5.6m RIB tenders. These tenders are essential for providing transportation between the yacht and shore, especially in areas where the yacht cannot dock directly.

Wellness

The elevator from the main lobby will carry guests to the lower deck spa and beach club. The spa area includes a hammam, massage, and treatment room, and a sauna, all featuring elegant décor with mosaic and marble finishes, starlight ceilings, and quality spa products. After a relaxing treatment, guests can lounge on the comfortable sun loungers on the fold-out balcony
