Delivered in 2024, Happy Heart is a 80'7" motor yacht built by Taiwanese shipyard Horizon. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Horizon, while Cor D. Rover Design is responsible for her interior design.

Happy Heart offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 VIP cabins and 1 cabin that can operate as twin or double. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
