Delivered in 2007, Idol is a 58.8m motor yacht built by Australian shipyard Oceanfast. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Sam Sorgiovanni, while her exteriors have been penned by Austal.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 10.4m beam and a 2.57m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 903 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
IDOL's deck space is extensive, offering 280 square meters (3000 sq ft) for guest use. This generous area allows for a variety of outdoor activities, from sunbathing on well-appointed loungers to enjoying meals prepared at the upper deck Teppanyaki grill. The sun deck also features a large Jacuzzi, providing a relaxing spot for guests to unwind while taking in the panoramic views.
The yacht's design incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the interior with natural light while allowing uninterrupted views of the surrounding seascape. The 35-meter (114') long upper deck is a highlight, serving as a prime location for social gatherings or serene solitude, depending on guests' preferences.
IDOL's practicality is further displayed in her shallow draft of just 2.57 meters (8'), enabling closer access to a variety of coastal environments. The large swimming platform serves as the launch point for an array of water toys, including Seabobs, Jet-skis, and an inflatable trampoline, ensuring that guests have every opportunity to enjoy the water up close.
Interior Design
The interior design of motor yacht IDOL is the work of Sam Sorgiovanni, who has crafted a modern aesthetic throughout the vessel. Accommodation
Designed with a contemporary interior, Idol offers lodgings for up to 14 guests within her streamlined structure.
The yacht houses a total of seven cabins, ensuring a private and comfortable experience for all on board. The master suite, a centerpiece of the accommodations, includes a variety of entertainment systems and its own private study, emphasizing the importance of both relaxation and functionality for the discerning guest.
Six additional double cabins provide ample space for guests, continuing the theme of modern simplicity found throughout Idol. Each of these cabins is designed with large, oval-shaped windows, allowing for natural light and views that enhance the serene atmosphere. Ensuring privacy and solace, each room comes complete with full ensuite facilities, characterized by a striking use of contrasting materials such as teak flooring against mirrored surfaces.
For the crew, Idol offers separate accommodations for up to 13, ensuring that guests receive attentive service while also maintaining distinct living quarters for those operating the vessel.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512 B) 1,575hp engines, motor yacht Idol is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 94,989 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Idol also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
