Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 37'9" beam and a 10'6" draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,280 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a touch and go heli-pad.

Construction started in late 2015 with the keel laid under the project name 'Lammouche'. This was the first yacht built on the 62Steel design. Launched in June 2020 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in March 2021.

Exterior Design

The yacht's silhouette is marked by purposeful lines, commencing with a full, chined bow that transitions into a sleek, straight structure, where the deck windows stretch aft in a continuous and eye-catching fashion. The deliberate design choices not only provide the vessel with its commanding presence but also ensure efficient seakeeping and optimal performance across vast ocean distances.

Sanlorenzo has laid out accommodations and technical spaces across five impressive decks, each tailored to enhance the owner and guests' experience on board. The in-house design team has adeptly managed the exterior design, structure, and general arrangements, ensuring that every component seamlessly aligns with Sanlorenzo's esteemed heritage and design philosophy.

Storage and functionality have been carefully considered, with two large garages midship for a primary tender of 9.5 meters and additional water toys and service tenders. Their strategic placement ensures that the operations of launching and maintenance remain discreet, without disrupting the serene atmosphere of the beach club area.

Lemon Tree encapsulates the essence of a modern, yet timeless luxury yacht, with every detail meticulously crafted to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of its guests.

Interior Design

The central theme guiding the interior design is the extensive use of Jerusalem stone, a material with a rich history and soft texture that conveys a sense of timeless elegance. This pale limestone is prominent in the yacht's entrance lobby, dividing the dining room from the main salon and accentuating the staircase in the main lobby. The stone sets a tranquil tone, complemented by the smooth matt grey oak and ebony accents that provide a contemporary contrast throughout the vessel.

The beach club is a marvel of design, offering an expansive 117 square meters of leisure space. By day, natural light dances through the glass-bottomed pool above, creating a dynamic, aquatic ambiance. Come evening, the illuminated pool transforms the area into an ethereal underwater world. The beach club's seamless transitions to the stern platform and side terraces amplify the sense of openness, while the Jerusalem stone-topped bar and wood finishes with metallic lacquer evoke the gentle play of water on the yacht's surfaces.

The communal areas, including the dining room and main salon, continue the theme of natural elegance. The custom-designed ebony dining table by Francesco Paszkowski Design serves as a striking centerpiece, with its high-gloss finish and the ability to extend for larger gatherings. The reflective glass in the dining room ensures privacy while maintaining a bright and airy feel, a testament to the yacht's thoughtful design.

Accommodation

Lemon Tree's accommodation has the capacity to comfortably house up to twelve guests across its stately cabins.

The owner's suite on the upper deck offers panoramic views through its floor-to-ceiling windows, leading to an exclusive terrace and pool. This private haven is designed to be a secluded retreat, with a study, salon, and sky lounge that can be transformed into a cinema, providing the owner with a complete and self-sufficient living space.

The yacht features six beautifully appointed guest cabins, which include four twin and two double cabins, all located on the main deck to ensure easy access and exceptional views. The guest cabins are designed to evoke a sense of coziness and intimacy, with textured wallpaper and oak finishes creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Jerusalem stone bookshelves with metal detailing and desks in dark, gloss-finished ebony add sophistication and elegance.

The bedheads in each cabin are upholstered in luxurious velvet, promising guests a restful night's sleep in the lap of luxury. Furthermore, the VIP twin cabins feature an ingenious design with beds that can slide together to form a double, offering flexibility to accommodate different guest arrangements.

Attention to detail is paramount on Lemon Tree, with stainless steel details throughout the cabins treated to a cloudy, matt finish to achieve a vintage effect that resonates with the yacht's overall design theme. The shared spaces on the main deck, encompassing the dining room and salon, continue the theme with high-gloss ebony finishes and handcrafted furnishings.

For the crew, essential to the seamless operation of Lemon Tree, the yacht offers ample accommodation that is both comfortable and functional, ensuring that they are well-rested and content. The crew quarters are carefully designed to provide accommodation for up to 15, a private gym, a spacious dinette, and a dedicated galley, reflecting Sanlorenzo's commitment to the wellbeing and satisfaction of every individual onboard.

The synergy between guests and crew is further enhanced by the yacht's design focused on self-sufficiency. Expansive storage areas on the lower deck for provisions, a large freezer, fridge, cool room for garbage, and compactor are all part of the thoughtful design that enables longer stays at sea without compromising on comfort or luxury.

Performance & Capabilities

Lemon Tree is powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M64) 12-cylinder 1,901hp engines running at 1800rpm, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 130,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Efficiency is not compromised for the sake of speed, Lemon Tree is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots. At a cruising speed of 11 knots, Lemon Tree's fuel consumption is remarkably economical at 200 liters per hour. This level of fuel efficiency is a testament to the advanced engineering behind the yacht and signifies Sanlorenzo's forward-thinking approach to sustainable yachting.

In terms of stabilization, Lemon Tree is expected to be outfitted with state-of-the-art stabilizers to ensure a smooth and stable journey, even in choppier seas. These systems significantly enhance the comfort of guests aboard by reducing the roll of the yacht.

Lemon Tree's design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully constructed to offer the ultimate in luxury, privacy, and functionality, setting a new standard for the 62-meter market segment.

Tenders

To free up space in the beach area Lemon Tree has two tender garages with access through side openings amidship. The starboard garage contains the man 9m tender and the port garage the service tender and jet ski.
