Delivered in 2023, Lance is a 37.95m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Sanlorenzo is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8m beam and a 2.33m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 314 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in May 2023 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in June 2023.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Lance features a raked bow, giving it a streamlined appearance. The yacht's deck is made of teak, providing a classic and functional surface. The hull and superstructure are both painted white, with the boot top and below the waterline areas finished in black. This color scheme is straightforward and clean, contributing to a cohesive and practical aesthetic.

Lance has expansive fold-out balconies on both sides. These balconies are ideal for morning activities and provide additional outdoor space. The large windows throughout the vessel offer ample natural airflow, minimizing the need for air conditioning.

Moving to the upper levels, the sundeck is a key entertainment area. It includes a functional bar and a large jacuzzi that can accommodate up to eight people. Sun lounges at the front offer a clear view of the boat’s surroundings. An adjustable cover provides shade for guests who prefer less direct sunlight. The lounge area at the back of the sundeck adds to its versatility.

Interior Design

The main salon is a vast area featuring a neutral color palette that creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Large fold-out balconies on either side offer a pleasant space for morning coffee, while the formal dining area situated aft of the couch setting provides ample space for gatherings. The open windows throughout the salon allow for significant natural airflow, reducing the need for constant air conditioning.

The galley is designed for functionality and efficiency, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. The inclusion of a dumb waiter from the kitchen to the upper salon enhances serviceability, facilitating seamless food and drink service to the dining areas.

The lounges and salons are versatile spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. The upper salon, also referred to as the media room, is equipped with a full bar and pantry. This area is ideal for lounging, watching TV, or hosting guests. Large windows ensure plenty of natural light, creating an open and airy feel.

Accommodation

Lance offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites. The master cabin is a standout feature, offering considerable space and luxury. Located on the main deck, it benefits from fold-out wings on either side, providing excellent airflow and unrestricted views. The master bathroom spans the full width of the yacht and features his and her basins, a monsoon shower, and high-quality Italian marble finishes.

Below the main deck, Lance offers accommodation for additional guests in four cabins. The configuration includes two double cabins and two twin cabins. The twin cabins are modular, allowing for the beds to be joined if needed. Each cabin is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a high-quality entertainment system. Large windows in the cabins ensure ample natural light and pleasant views above the waterline.

She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,622hp engines, motor yacht Lance is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 34,200 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
